I guess there is one category in which I find myself nearly alone. 74 and still going fairly strong. I am looking forward to many more projects and hours of enjoyment in the shop listening to Roadhouse country western on Serrius radio played on a Bose system. Sometimes even with an adult beverage.

actually thought that...

My "mental age" is about half my physical age.  How about the rest of you?  Did you other old farts hit an age plateau or did you keep going?

Sorry about sorta hijacking the thread...

If I make it another 3 months I"ll be 69. I never thought I would make it to 50.

In my case I tend to think that I'm about 1/3 as old as I am.

I'm in that .20 a loaf crowd BUT I never recall it being that low. Maybe .29 from bakery in late '50s

Anyway, we talked a bit about age.  I told her I had stopped aging mentally somewhere in my late 30s.  The guy barber, about my age, told her the same.  She looked stunned that we old geezers actually thought that...

According to LOML my mental age is still in middle school, so about a little less than half my physical age.
